Corrugated cardboard is made by bonding face paper, backing paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated corrugated paper.

According to the needs of commodity packaging, corrugated board can be processed into single-sided corrugated board, three-layer corrugated board, five-layer, seven-layer, eleven-layer corrugated board.

Corrugated cardboard with different corrugated shapes has different functions.

Even when using the same quality facial paper and backing paper, due to the difference in the corrugated shape, the performance of the corrugated cardboard is also somewhat different.

There are currently four types of Corrugated Machine commonly used internationally. They are A-shaped corrugated, C-shaped fluted, B-shaped fluted and E-shaped fluted.

Corrugated paperboard made of A-type corrugated board has better cushioning and has a certain degree of elasticity, and C-shaped corrugated board is second to A-shaped corrugated board. But the stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-type corrugation; B-type corrugated board has a large arrangement density, the surface of the corrugated cardboard made is smooth, and the pressure is high, suitable for printing; E-shaped corrugation is more dense because of its thinness and density strength.
