Coating white paper has a good color expression, but through the corrugated board production line when the high temperature drying tunnel is attached, the paper surface coating will have varying degrees of change, affecting the graphic surface color effect.
White pulp paper can meet the high temperature requirements in the bonding process to a large extent. However, the rough surface of the pulp white paper can easily cause image loss and false printing, and the consumption of ink is also relatively large. White cardboard is the first choice for corrugated cardboard. It not only fully expresses the color effect of printed graphics, but also adapts well to the special requirements of high-temperature lamination processes.
In addition, the ink used in the printing of corrugated box paper should be selected with good heat resistance and good friction resistance. Otherwise, when the printed glossy paper is pressed and dried, the printing image will be drawn and the ink will be lost. Seriously affect the surface quality.
