Nowadays, the requirements for the production quality of our carton factory are getting higher and higher, and the argument for the development of cardboard “lightweight” is a question that most colleagues in the carton factory are thinking about. The “lightweight” of cardboard, that is, the production of paperboard for paperboard, is becoming thinner and thinner. However, the possibility of the squashing of corrugated boards is greater. I share with you the practical experience at the production site.

Raw materials

The corrugated paper used by us must meet the national standards. When we produce 105 g of corrugated paper, we must base paper manufacturers to achieve Class B national standard (C class paper is not easy to produce corrugated crushing due to insufficient ring pressure), so we have quality control for each carton factory. The work must be done. The company first sets a good corporate standard and then asks our suppliers to do it.

Every batch of raw paper is required to be inspected by QC. Never allow unqualified products to flow into the production area. Non-conforming products must be isolated and clearly marked.

Whether the temperature of the corrugating roller is sufficient (when the temperature of the corrugated bar is not enough, the corrugation height produced during production is not enough), a well-managed company will send someone to inspect the temperature of the entire assembly line (generally, boiler personnel are recommended to do this work). When there is a temperature problem, the supervisor in charge and the captain of the machine are notified in time, notify the mechanic, and check and overhaul all the preheated cylinders one month.

The corrugated roll is preheated and cleaned with light oil or silicon before starting up every day. The scum and trash on the corrugating roll are removed.

The gap between the rollers is very important in production and is divided into:

• The gap between the paste roll and the corrugating roll (usually when the corrugating roll is preheated for 30 minutes, the expansion of the corrugating roll is maximized, and the thickness of a tile of the lowest gram in the company is used as the gap) .
·The gap between the corrugating roller and the pressure roller (usually depending on the production situation, the bottom paper has a slight pressure line, so it is necessary to ensure a good fit)
• The gap between the upper corrugating roller and the lower corrugating roller (this is very important, because when two of our gaps are not adjusted, the corrugated shape it makes is irregular, and the thickness is most likely to be insufficient).

Corrugating roller wear

Pay attention to the production situation at any time, and check the production status of the corrugated iron at any time. Is it necessary to go to the point of replacement? Generally, a hard-coated corrugated roller can run 6 to 8 million meters long (domestic); 8 to 12 million meters long (foreign). Now more advanced is the tungsten carbide plated corrugated roller can generally run 30 million to 40 million meters long. The specific prices are almost the same, the specific purchase situation should be based on the actual situation of each carton factory, for some management than the night of the carton factory, it is recommended to use the third, because the high wear resistance of tungsten carbide corrugating roller can really Reduce our production costs, and in the case of smooth operation, it is estimated that the harvest cost will be within 6 to 8 months.

We must pay special attention to the corrugating roller during production. The operating method is the biggest problem. Therefore, it is recommended here that every carton factory must determine the operating standards according to its own actual conditions. Operators must strictly comply with the requirements and the supervisors must promptly The role of supervision.

Do not accumulate too many single tiles on the flyover, and the tension is very serious. You will drag the single-wall cardboard, causing the thickness of the cardboard to be insufficient. Therefore, it is recommended that you install a computer production management system. This can effectively prevent such events from happening, but now There are many domestic manufacturers have to do, will not be used, it is a waste, when choosing to install the manufacturer should be carefully considered, so as not to. . . . . . .

The influence of the suction of the flyover, the suction of the overpass is too large, and it is very easy to drag the concrete. It is necessary to pay attention to the rotation of each axis and the angle. The degree of parallelism of each axis should be frequently detected.

Laminating Machine (double-sided machine)

This is also a top priority. Many companies have problems here.

1. The roller pressure on the gluing roller is too low to adjust the gap of the roller. I remember the last time I saw a company adjust the gap to 1.0 mm (actually it had a 2.5 mm knee height). The worker told me: Because it will be bad. I think this phenomenon has a lot of companies, my suggestion: generally down 2-3 mm (according to the actual)

4. The amount of paste can not be too large, so as not to cause the peak deformation, please remember that in many cases it does not mean that the larger the glue the better the paste, we must pay attention to paste recipe and production process.

Generally hot plates and canvas belts are easily formed. On the hot plate, clean the hot plate every time you change the width of the door, avoid the paper plate and then stop the cleaning. Compared to cleaning the production gap, you will waste more energy and financial resources. On the canvas belt, it should be cleaned regularly every day, and the canvas belts should be cleaned thoroughly every week. Generally, the canvas belt is used for bubbling for a period of time to be softened, and then cleaned with a wire brush. Do not save time in order to save time. As a result, after accumulating to a certain extent, more time is lost for cleaning.

In order to produce good quality products, the air permeability of the canvas belt is better. After a certain period of time has passed, it must be replaced. It is not because of the temporary cost savings that the cardboard produced is warped.

Pressure roller

• The number of pressure rollers used. It is necessary to use a reasonable amount of pressure roller (in different seasons, the number of pressure rollers used is not the same, according to the actual situation in a timely manner).
· Each pressure roller must be uniform, and the radial and axial directions must be controlled within 2 wires. Otherwise, the thickness of the pressure roller will be pressed by the corrugations, resulting in insufficient thickness.
• The gap between the pressure roller and the hot plate must be adjusted to leave a fine-tuned space that can be adjusted according to the shape (height) of the corrugation. Domestic corrugated board machines may not have this capability at present, but as long as the control and adjustment are obtained, such problems can still be solved.
· It is recommended that carton manufacturers use hot-press plates instead of pressure rollers, provided of course that our operating level must meet the level of automation equipment used.

Afterwards

Cross cutters must use a reasonable sun gear at the entrance and exit, generally 55 to 60 degrees with a Shore hardness tester to avoid crushing the cardboard.
