SL-1620MD Corrugated Cardboard Cutting Machine

SL-1620MD corrugated board special die-cutting machine is the key equipment in the corrugated box manufacturing process. The machine adopts advanced mechanisms such as high precision indexing mechanism, pneumatic clutch, patented lock plate, overload protection and so on. Paper is fed into the paper, which can effectively solve the problem of warping paper feeding, and it can be used together with the paper lift table to reduce the labor intensity of operators. The paper take-up uses an automatic lift table that automatically stacks die-cut products.
The whole machine adopts computer control and man-machine interface, complete and reliable safety facilities, human-machine interface real-time display of machine working conditions, various failures and troubleshooting methods, and fully realizes man-machine communication.
The main technical parameters of the aircraft are as follows.
Maximum paper feeding size: 1630mm×1220mm
Die cutting steel plate size: 1620mm×1200mm
Minimum paper feeding size: 600mm×500mm
Standard cutting speed: 3000 sheets/hour Max. cutting size: 1610mm×1190mm
Die cutting pressure: 2500N
Applicable paper products: all kinds of corrugated cardboard (including color enamel)

The efficient workflow in our production facility is streamlined by the use of various cutting machines. The Cut Off Machine, which specializes in precise lengthwise cuts, ensures accuracy in the initial stages. Moving forward, the Cross Cutting Machine takes over, handling cross-sectional cuts with equal precision, ensuring that the materials are tailored to the required specifications. Finally, the Corrugated Cardboard Cutting Machine, tailored specifically for corrugated cardboard, performs intricate cuts and shapes, delivering ready-to-use products that meet the highest quality standards. The collaboration of these machines guarantees efficiency, precision, and reliability in our production process.
