3. New separator
In order to meet the requirements of fully automated production, a series of new Cami-on separators have been introduced abroad. The separator is adhesive bonded to overcome many shortcomings of the 0933-type separator, such as mutual insertion and fixation requires manual operation and take a lot of time, easy to fall off, loose after flat folding (tightness increased by about 20% to 30% ), difficult to operate, difficult to reuse, high cost.
In order to meet the requirements of product diversification, the new Carnieon separator structure can be changed according to the user's requirements for materials, shapes and sizes.
4. Slide assembly
Slide Cartridge Assembly is a new system that can be assembled, packaged and shipped without the use of traditional pallets and forklifts. It consists of a piece of material that is simply folded and has flaps only in the direction of operation. The disposable slides are made of corrugated cardboard; the reusable slides are made of cardboard in the sandwich with reinforcing material or made of hard plastic.
The slider structure is very simple, compared with the tray, it has the advantages of low cost, large load, light weight, small storage space, saving freight and improving safety performance. However, the slide must have a special forklift when it is used. A push-pull clamping device is mounted on the front of such a forklift truck to perform various operations such as pushing, pulling, grasping, releasing, moving up and down, moving up and down, and moving forward and backward. Currently it has not been promoted in the country.
Corrugated cardboard display rack market potential

In Europe and the United States, corrugated paperboard display racks are very high value-added products, users and manufacturers are more, but in the country this project has just started.
According to expert analysis, the production of corrugated cardboard display racks can reflect the strength of carton enterprises, enhance the image of carton enterprises, and at the same time increase the technical content of corporate products, so the market potential in the future is very great.
