Regarding the definition of the high, medium and low speeds of tile lines, there is currently no clear positioning. However, the tile line speed is too high, and the variable cost of paperboard production, such as the purchase cost of the base paper, will increase, because the high-speed assembly line often puts forward special requirements on paper quality, such as tensile strength and moisture content. And the excessively high production speed is also a challenge for the effective control of the quality and scrap rate of the cardboard. Because the tile line must maintain a relatively high operating speed, it must provide a higher steam temperature, and the over-low temperature cardboard will be soft, and In the high-temperature production state, once the speed fluctuations occur, it will inevitably cause the board to bend and squat, and it will be brittle and cracked to cause waste.
