When it comes to green products, people first feel that quality is good, but the price must be high (compared with non-environmentally friendly products). After thousands of research experiments, a cardboard that can be directly stamped into a variety of green tableware and pulp molded products was born. After the cardboard is formed into a roll, various products can be produced by directly punching and cutting on the machine. This process is simpler, less investment, large in output, and lower in price than pulp molding. Although the price is slightly higher than that of similar product packaging product plastics, it is 50% of pulp molded products. Pulp molding products have high energy consumption, and sewage has to be invested in sewage treatment equipment. The production of European-style sheet metal has no such problems. Euro-type sheet metal sets the characteristics of plastics (stampability) and the rigidity and environmental protection of pulp molded products, further enhancing the stiffness and whiteness of pulp molded products. We should be familiar with corrugated cartons and honeycomb products, as long as people with a little bit of packaging expertise have a certain understanding of the characteristics and disadvantages of corrugated boxes and honeycomb products. One of their common disadvantages is that the amount of paper used is too large; and the higher the strength requirements, the higher the paper's grammage and strength. Corrugated cartons are not as strong as honeycomb products, and the production of cellular products does not reach the speed of corrugated cartons production. After many years of repeated research and exploration, we finally developed a special type of corrugated board with a combination of the advantages of both. The paperboard can adjust the strength of the carton simply by adjusting the intermediate European type corrugated board, without increasing the paper's gram strength, strength and corrugation, that is, the European special type corrugated board can be used for two or three sheets of paper. Replaces the existing two-layer corrugated (five sheets) and three-layer corrugated cardboard (seven sheets). Relative to the corrugated paper core utilization rate of about 65% -70%, the European type special corrugated paper utilization rate of 100%, that is, one meter of paper can produce one meter of European type corrugated. The European type corrugated base paper and the corrugated base paper are of similar price. If four sheets of paper are used, they can be substituted for wooden boards for packaging. European-style corrugated can be directly compounded without adding a layer of paper in the middle. The quality of European-style special corrugated board is higher than that of corrugated board testing, in which the pressure-diffusing and flat-pressing strength indicators are stronger than those of corrugated board several times. European-style special corrugated iron has even intensity distribution, multi-faceted, high flatness and no scars.
Various models of European type corrugated can be produced directly on the corrugated single-faced machine, and the corrugating roller can be immediately solved by replacing the corrugating roller. The traditional corrugated cardboard has a variety of enamel types. The European enamel corrugated cardboard also has a variety of enamel types. The corrugated type of corrugated board is realized by a corrugating roller. The corrugated type of a special European corrugated board can be realized not only by a roller but also by direct stamping. Subsequent processing of European-type special corrugated cartons is connected with existing carton equipment and has certain continuity.
European-style special corrugated board has just been born, its advent of the great challenge of using the traditional corrugated packaging and honeycomb over a hundred years, may provide a good choice for China's packaging companies to find a way out. Although China is a big packaging country, but it is not a packaging powerhouse, we must be a packaging powerhouse or a company that cannot follow the back and forth of European and American countries. We must find another way out and create our own independent intellectual property rights and national brands. Perhaps only in this way can we achieve the purpose of packaging strong countries and powerful enterprises, and we can stand in the forest of world packaging enterprises.
