A special "corrugated" cardboard made of high-stretch paper has been developed by Jiangsu Province Eastern Europe-type packaging material factory. The material used for this special "corrugated" board has good stretch properties and can be stamped and formed. With this feature, it is possible to produce a concavo-convex core layer different from the corrugated shape. According to reports, the raw material for the production of such cardboard is mainly waste paper. Compared with pulp molding, the process has the characteristics of low investment, large output, and simple process. The price is 50% of the same size pulp molded paper tableware. The physical indexes of the carton box made of this special “corrugated cardboard” are all higher than those of ordinary corrugated cardboard, and since the cardboard has no obvious scar, the printing effect is good. The cardboard can also be used in heavy-duty cartons after multilayer compounding.
