Corrugated Box Printing Slotting Machine Hot Air Dryer

The corrugated box printing and slotting machine hot air dryer belongs to the drying equipment. During the printing process, hot air is blown to the printing surface, so that the pattern ink on the cardboard is quickly dried, and the printing quality of the printing product is improved during the color printing. The hot air drier includes an air compression filter disposed at the top of an inverted U-shaped rack, and communicates with the air compression filter at a decompression exhaust device located at the side wall of the rack, and is located at the bottom of the rack and communicates with the decompression line through the pipeline. The heating device of the gas device is provided with a blowing nozzle at the upper end of the heating device, a material conveying device at the lower end of the blowing nozzle and connected at both ends thereof through a fastener to the rack, and is arranged on the electrical control box at the top right side of the rack. The temperature control device is connected to the tuyere by a temperature sensor, and its wire is connected to the heating device. The rectangular tube on both sides of the air-blow cover is provided with a wind switch.
