3 Corrugated Cardboard Production Line
3.1 The composition of corrugated board production line (hereinafter referred to as tile line)
3.1.1 Tiles generally consist of the following stand-alone machines and systems:
a. Base paper support;
b. Preheater;
c. single-sided machine;
d. Preconditioner;
e. Paper car;
f. transport bridges;
g.
h. Multiple preheaters (double, triple, etc.)
i. coating machine;
j. Double-sided machine;
k. Cutting machine;
l.Scissor creasing machine;
m.
n.
o.Conveyor;
p.
q. Main transfer machine;
r. Paper edge grinder;
s.
t. steam heating system;
u. Compressed air system;
v. Electrical control system.
3.1.2 A complete tile line shall include single machines and systems for the production of corrugated board. It may also be used to simplify or add special equipment such as printing patterns and moisture-proof plastics.
3.2 Marking method
3.2.1 The tag of the tile line consists of the tile code "WJ" and the main parameters indicating the performance. The first main parameter is the maximum speed, the second main parameter is the effective width, and the final number indicates the number of corrugated sheets in the production of corrugated cardboard.
3.2.2 Examples of Tags:
The maximum speed is 100m/min, the effective width is 1600mm, and the tile line of double-flange corrugated board is produced;
WJ100-1600-2
3.3 Specifications of Tiles
3.3.1 Tile wire specifications are shown in Table 1.

3.3.2 If the user has special requirements, it may not be produced according to the specifications in Table 1.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The following technical specifications must be given for each type of product. The values should be indicated in the product specification.
4.1.2 The corrugated board produced by the tile line must meet the mechanical physical performance indicators specified in GB5034 or GB6544-6548.
4.1.3 Tiles are used to download cut corrugated board at various stable speeds. The limit deviation of the length dimension is ±2.5mm, and the difference between the two diagonals is not greater than 5mm for paperboards measuring 1.5mm long and 1.5mm wide. The cuts should be smooth, straight, and free from burrs.
4.2 General technical requirements
4.2.1 Each single unit or system of tile lines should have reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable use.
4.2.2 For more important rotating parts, there should be dynamic and static balance requirements.
4.2.3 The finished products, components and raw materials used in tile lines should be qualified products.
4.2.4 The steam, hydraulic pressure, compressed air, rubber feeding and lubrication system in the tile line shall be smooth, flexible in control, and shall not leak. All steam pipelines shall be installed with insulation layers.
4.2.5 When the tile is running, it should not have abnormal squeaks and irregular impact sounds. The moving parts should be light, flexible, stable, without block, and without overheating.
4.2.6 When the tile is operated at a maximum speed of 65%, the noise of its console position should be controlled below 85dB(A).
4.2.7 For a part that is not operated on the ground, a ladder, platform, pedal, guardrail, etc. shall be provided.
4.2.8 Each stand-alone machine shall be easy to lift and install, and it shall be equipped with lifting holes or lifting rings.
4.2.9 The parts and components that may be loose during operation shall be equipped with anti-loosening devices. The exposed rotating gears, pulleys, sprockets, etc. shall have protective devices and the motorized reciprocating motion shall have protective devices with extreme positions.
4.2.10 The exterior surfaces of each single machine should be beautiful and should not have any defects such as roughness or unevenness.
4.2.11 All kinds of nameplates and signs shall meet the requirements of JB8. The nameplate is fixed in a clear position and the signage is in the correct position. It should remain flat, firm and not skewed. The inlayed patterns and Chinese characters should be clear.
4.2.12 Electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of GB5226.
4.3 Technical requirements for important parts and components
4.3.1 Corrugated Roller
4.3.1.1 The type of corrugating roller newly manufactured (or after rework) is to comply with Table 2.
Table 2
Note: The corrugated shape is UV-shaped.
4.3.1.2 The corrugating roller surface must be chrome plated or oxidized and its surface hardness is not lower than HRC55.
4.3.1.3 The upper corrugating roll with a maximum speed of more than 60 m/min must have a medium height, and the median height value is approximately equal to 4 times the deflection of the corrugating roll.
4.3.1.4 The manufacturing accuracy of corrugating rollers shall comply with the requirements of Table 3.
