Strictly implement environmental protection measures and implement the “three simultaneous” system of environmental protection
Lianjiang City Environmental Protection Bureau said that during the implementation of the project, the project must strictly implement the various environmental protection measures proposed in the “Report Form” and focus on the following work:
1. The domestic sewage in the plant area shall be treated by oil separation, slag separation and domestic sewage treatment equipment, and shall be used for greening in the plant area after meeting the standard of “Irrigation Water Quality of Urban Sewage Recycling Green Space”. The ink wastewater is treated and reused.
2. After the boiler exhaust gas has been treated, it meets the “Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard” “Table 2: The Gas Boiler Standard for the New Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Concentration Limit”; the emission of printed exhaust VOCs is implemented in the “Printing Industry Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standard” Table 2: Exhaust gas VOCs emission limit”; unorganized dust emission implementation of the local standard “Air Pollutant Emission Limit” in the second period of time, no organization emission limit; after the canteen fume purification, the “Food Industry Fume Emission Standard” The limit standard is discharged to the upper air through the exhaust pipe.
3. All kinds of noise generated by production equipment should adopt measures such as vibration reduction, sound insulation, sound absorption, noise reduction and noise reduction to ensure that the convenient noise standard meets the standards of Class 3 and 4 of the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises.
4. The sludge grid and slag float of waste activated carbon, ink tank and sewage treatment tank must be delivered to the unit with processing qualification. The domestic garbage is handled by the sanitation department.
In addition, Lianjiang City Environmental Protection Bureau also requires that the project construction must strictly implement the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection in accordance with the law. When the project is completed, the environmental protection facilities must be completed and accepted as required. If the project construction content, scale, production process, etc. change, you must apply for environmental protection approval procedures again.
