1 . Adjust Printing Pressure
1. Pressure of the inking device: this pressure is the pressure between the inking roller and the metal anilox roller. Its main function is to control the ink consumption during printing and make the ink transfer even. If the pressure between the two rollers is large, the ink volume on the metal anilox roller is small; otherwise, the ink consumption is large. At the same time, if the pressure between the two rollers is too small (that is, the gap is too large), once the critical point of the mesh height is reached, the effect of ink transfer by the anilox roller is lost, resulting in uneven printing of the printing plate and ink during the printing process. . The dosage is not easy to control, and the final printed product film is too thick, resulting in defects such as ink dragging, poor definition, virtual dots, scattered lines, and handwriting.
2. The pressure of the ink transfer device: the function of the printing pressure between the metal anilox roller and the plate roller is to evenly transfer the ink on the metal anilox roller to the printing surface (protruding printing portion) of the plate.
3. Imprinting device pressure: This pressure refers to the printing pressure between the plate roller and the embossing roller. This pressure is the last key to flexographic printing in order to correctly transfer the ink layer obtained on the printing plate to the substrate. It is directly related to printing quality.
2 . Printing Ink
High ink viscosity is also an important factor resulting in deinking and blur. Therefore, in the rainy season, the viscosity of the ink must be reduced, while the concentration of ink color should be increased, so the drying speed will be accelerated, avoiding the blur and deinking due to the ink itself.
