YCWZ2500 automatic corrugated board printing slotting machine, the whole machine adopts PC control, flexible and economical frequency conversion speed control means, uses the touch screen type man-machine interface to complete the parameter setting and machine adjustment and operation. Through the man-machine interface, the plate cylinder, the knife before and after the slotting can be automatically zeroed, and according to the specifications of the carton before the printing slotting, the parameters can be set, and the plate can be automatically matched. Paper-feeding machinery adopts vacuum adsorption, which is conducive to accurate control of cardboard. The cardboard is fed into the elastic pinch roller by a vacuum suction cup through the front door, adjustable between the two rollers, and the cylinder is pressurized to ensure that the thickness of the cardboard is not deformed. The automatic locking between the individual units, the robust structure and the rational design reduce the degree of maintenance and manual operation. The machine's economic operating speed is 80 to 150 sheets per minute, and the standard paperboard is 1200 mm by 2500 mm.

This machine is mainly used for three-layer, five-layer and seven-layer corrugated cardboard. Before the folding and binding (adhesion) into boxes and boxes, multi-color printing, indentation grooving, and Slotting V-Groove Cutter buckle hand and air hole operations are completed once.
